Un bellissimo spazio outdoor non è fatto solo di arredi. Sono i dettagli a renderlo davvero speciale.

Queste tre sculture cactus in ceramica sono tra le proposte che consiglio più spesso a chi desidera dare carattere agli spazi esterni. A bordo piscina, su una terrazza o in un giardino mediterraneo, riescono a creare un punto focale elegante e distintivo.

Il mio consiglio? Scegliete pochi elementi d’impatto e lasciate che raccontino una storia.

Perché il lusso non significa riempire uno spazio.
Significa scegliere con cura ciò che merita di essere visto.

A beautiful outdoor space is never just about furniture. It’s about the details that give it personality.

These three ceramic cactus sculptures are among my favorite pieces for creating sophisticated outdoor settings. Whether placed by a pool, on a terrace, or in a Mediterranean garden, they add character, color, and a sense of place without overwhelming the space.

My advice? Choose statement pieces that can stand on their own and let them become part of the landscape.

Because luxury isn’t about filling a space.
It’s about selecting the right pieces for it.

Ok, avete visto che abbiamo aperto un altro store… ma qual è la differenza?

Auté oggi vive in due anime: MAISON e ICON.

MAISON è la parte più classica, legata alla tradizione.
Qui trovi pezzi unici come teste di moro, pigne, piatti ricci e anemoni. È il mondo della memoria, della ceramica storica e dell’artigianato che riconosci subito.

Gli artisti? Gurreri, Auté Exclusive, Fratantoni per Auté, Fasano Classic, Travel Jewelry by AP.

ICON invece è la parte più nuova e sperimentale.
Stesse radici, ma linguaggio diverso: più contemporaneo, più materico, più “gallery vibe”.

Qui trovi Keramos, Stone, Fasano Contemporary, Francesca Bianchi e Azuleio.

Stessi simboli, due modi diversi di raccontarli.

Non devi scegliere cosa è giusto. Devi scegliere cosa ti somiglia.

E tu… sei più MAISON o ICON?

Ok, you’ve probably seen we opened another store… but what’s actually the difference?

Auté now lives in two identities: MAISON and ICON.

MAISON is the more classic, traditional side.
Here you’ll find iconic pieces like Moor’s heads, pigne, scalloped plates, and anemones. It’s about heritage, Sicilian craft, and instantly recognizable design.

The artists? Gurreri, Auté Exclusive, Fratantoni per Auté, Fasano Classic, and Travel Jewelry by AP.

ICON is the newer, more experimental space.
Same roots, but a different language: more contemporary, more material, more gallery-inspired.

Here you’ll find Keramos, Stone, Fasano Contemporary, Francesca Bianchi, and Azuleio.

Same symbols, two different interpretations.

You don’t have to choose what’s right. Just what feels like you.

So… are you MAISON or ICON?

Ci sono pezzi che ti conquistano subito. E poi ci sono quelli che ti fanno esitare.

Questi sono quei pezzi che ho guardato più volte prima di decidere di portarli in boutique.

Alla fine ho capito che Auté non è solo Sicilia. È ricerca, bellezza, artigianalità e attenzione ai dettagli, ovunque queste qualità si trovino. E questi piatti raccontano esattamente ciò che desidero offrire a chi entra in boutique.

Vi è mai capitato di cambiare idea su qualcosa e scoprire che era proprio ciò che stavate cercando?

There are pieces that win you over instantly. And then there are those that make you hesitate.

These are the pieces I looked at several times before deciding to bring them into the boutique.

In the end, I realized that Auté is not only about Sicily. It is about discovery, beauty, craftsmanship, and attention to detail — wherever those qualities are found. And these plates perfectly express what I want to offer everyone who walks into the boutique.

A Moor’s Head reimagined through the sea, where tradition and imagination come together in a truly unique work of art.
Every single detail, including the small fish featured throughout the piece, is individually hand-sculpted in clay, one by one, making each creation entirely one of a kind.
The fish are carefully placed within the sculpture to create depth and a sense of movement, like a wave taking shape. The piece is then glazed and kiln-fired, using color combinations chosen according to our artistic vision and aesthetic sensibility.
Every Cariddi is born from a simple principle: we create and offer only what genuinely inspires us. Because we believe that the most authentic beauty is the one we fall in love with first.
