🎁 Epiphany, this is how we celebrate it!

Drawing a cultural parallel: in Spain, the Three Wise Men bring gifts, while in Italy, it’s the “Befana”.

🇪🇸 The tradition is for each child to write a letter addressed to the Three Wise Men. On the afternoon of January 5, they arrive on the streets of all towns in a fun parade and the night is again the moment for the delivery of the awaited gifts!

🇮🇹 The tradition it to hang socks by the fireplace, waiting for the Befana who, with a magic broom, will come during the night to leave sweet treats and surprises for those who’ve been good (the naughty ones get coal!).

Different traditions, same joy of receiving gifts, but only if you behave! No matter the culture, the festive spirit unites us all in this last weekend 🎁✨

As the curtain falls on 2023, and on “summer 2.0” - as we like to call it - it’s time to roll into the winter wonderland of Italy! ❄️

So here’s a snapshot of warm memories in the ocean + a selection of pins, soaking up the last rays.

We’re ready to keep a bit of that warmth with us as we head back to Northern Italy, Torino, for Christmas holidays with family and friends.
