Il settore AGROTEXTILES propone reti e tessuti per il controllo climatico e biologico delle coltivazioni e reti di utilità: antiuccelli, antigrandine, frangivento, ombreggianti, anti-brina, anti-insetti, reti di supporto, teli per la pacciamatura, tessuto non tessuto. Al settore professionale si affianca la gamma “city garden”. Il settore TECHTEXTILES è suddiviso in applicazioni diverse:
INDUSTRIA - reti per uso tecnico. L’applicazione principale della rete è nella produzione di lastre realizzate con tessuti tecnici a più strati. EDILIZIA - reti per la protezione e la sicurezza del cantiere: per ponteggi, delimitazione, di sicurezza, protezione carichi, per intonaco. Il settore SMART TEXTILES comprende le applicazioni “smart” delle reti (eventi, frangivista, gazebi, parcheggi, vele) e le applicazioni nel mondo dello sport.

Baby leaf crops require stable and carefully controlled growing conditions to achieve uniform development, high visual quality and consistent production standards.

During periods of intense solar radiation, excessive light and high temperatures can affect delicate leafy vegetables, increasing the risk of plant stress, dehydration, leaf burn and reduced commercial quality.

Arrigoni’s advanced thermo-reflective shading solutions, including Prisma and Robuxta, are designed to address these challenges. By reflecting excess heat and infrared radiation while allowing optimal photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) to pass through, these screens create a cooler, more balanced microclimate above the crop canopy.

The benefits of using thermo-reflective screens in baby leaf cultivation are clear:

- Improved leaf texture and firmness
- Reduced plant stress
- Better color uniformity and freshness at harvest
- Enhanced shelf life and quality preservation

Traditional shading fabrics absorb heat and re-emit it onto the plants, increasing thermal stress. In contrast, our thermo-reflective solutions deflect excess heat, reducing the risk of wilting, quality loss, and reduced shelf life. With these solutions, growers can maintain the right balance of shade and light, promoting faster growth and higher-quality crops, while ensuring freshness from field to consumer.
