Avevo questo pass al collo.
Ero tanto emozionato.
E un po’ spaventato.

Primo giorno di lavoro.
Prima volta a Milano.
Prima volta in fiera, con una collezione che non conoscevo.

Entravo in un mondo frizzante che fino a quel momento avevo solo immaginato:
stand, tessuti, collezioni, persone sicure di sé, possibilità ovunque.

Non mi sentivo pronto, ma avevo tanta energia, una curiosità infinita e voglia di mettermi alla prova.

Non avevo idea di dove mi avrebbe portato tutto questo.
Sapevo solo che volevo restare e che stava per iniziare qualcosa di importante.

Sono passati 18 anni.
Quelle emozioni le ricordo con affetto.
Le rivedo oggi negli occhi dei giovani collaboratori di JUMP quando affrontano le loro “prime volte”.

Oggi so che quell’energia non era solo mia.
Era l’inizio di qualcosa che avrebbe coinvolto molte altre persone. 🧵🔥

I had this pass around my neck.
I was truly excited.
And a little scared.

First day at work.
First time in Milan.
First time at a trade fair, with a collection I didn’t even know.

I was stepping into a vibrant world I had only imagined until then:
stands, fabrics, collections, confident people, opportunities everywhere.

I didn’t feel ready, but I had so much energy, endless curiosity, and a strong desire to challenge myself.

I had no idea where all of this would take me.
I only knew I wanted to stay and that something important was about to begin.

Eighteen years have passed.
I still remember those emotions with affection.
Today, I see them again in the eyes of the young collaborators at JUMP when they face their own “first times.”

Now I know that energy wasn’t mine alone.
It was the beginning of something that would involve many other people. 🧵🔥

🇮🇹 Oggi JUMP compie 7 anni.

Sette anni fa nasceva ufficialmente JUMP S.R.L.

Questa è una delle prime foto e una delle prime stampe che ci ha dato grande soddisfazione all’inizio: un momento che racconta entusiasmo, sperimentazione e voglia di costruire.

Riguardarla oggi significa ricordare da dove siamo partiti e perché lo abbiamo fatto.

Con la stessa passione, continuiamo a guardare avanti.

Seven years ago, JUMP S.R.L. was officially founded.

This is one of our first photos and one of the first prints that gave us great satisfaction at the very beginning — a moment that perfectly captures our enthusiasm, experimentation, and desire to build something meaningful.

Between the end of one year and the beginning of the next, it’s natural to pause for a moment and take stock.

We should never stop dreaming and fighting for what we believe in.
The context is complex, but with commitment, consistency, determination — and a touch of luck — there is still so much that can be built in the productive textile industry.

The past year has been extremely challenging and intense, full of initiatives and important decisions that laid the foundations for JUMP’s new structure.

A key step to give structure, vision, and solidity to our journey.

🧵 We fully activated our internal weaving department
With jacquard and dobby looms, vertically integrating the production process.

🏠 We acquired ownership of our facility
An investment designed for the future of the company, its people, and the supply chain.

♻️ We achieved GRS, RAS, RWS, RMS, and GOTS certifications
A concrete commitment to increasingly responsible and traceable production.

🔍 We internalized quality control
With in-house weaving, we are faster, ensure higher quality, and offer better service to our clients.

We look to the new year with responsibility and awareness, knowing that the future is built every day, one thread at a time.
