One of the biggest misconceptions I see is women thinking they need more clothes.

So they keep buying things, another top here, a jacket there, maybe a few bits that caught their eye online.

But most of the time, that’s not actually the problem.

The real issue is that your wardrobe no longer matches your lifestyle, your pieces don’t work together, and getting dressed feels harder than it should.

The goal isn’t to own more.

It’s to have a wardrobe that makes sense for your life and gives you clear outfit options without the daily overwhelm.

One of my final travel looks from Italy…

White tank, denim bermuda shorts, satin scarf threaded through the belt loops, easy white sandals, a cap and sunnies

Simple, comfortable, easy to move in with Luca… but still feels put together for long days by the beach and walking through town

This is pretty much how I approached dressing this whole trip. Lightweight basics, comfortable layers and pieces that all worked together without overthinking it.

Travelling with a toddler means I need outfits that are comfortable, easy to move in, practical for long days… but still feel like me 🤍

Cinque Terre to Pisa 🇮🇹

Same base outfit, styled for two completely different days

Cinque Terre was all steep hills, uneven streets and walking, so comfort mattered. Runners were non negotiable

Then onto rainy Pisa, where I rewore the same base and layered with a trench coat

This is exactly why I pack this way now. Fewer pieces, more combinations, no overthinking

3 days in Portofino, packed in under 10 pieces

We left our main luggage behind and travelled in with just the essentials, small streets, narrow stays… packing light just made sense

Everything worked together. Pieces I could rewear, restyle and take from day to night

Day looks:
White tank + satin skirt
Brown tank + denim bermuda shorts + bomber
Oversized tee + same denim bermuda shorts + satin scarf

Night looks:
Tank + chocolate satin pants + blazer + satin scarf + wedge heels
Same brown tank + white straight leg jeans + same wedge heels

This is how I approach travel now. I pack fewer pieces, create more combinations without overthinking

Day one in Portofino🤍

Today’s day look was an easy, casual outfit for wandering the piazza, taking it all in and moving through the day without overthinking it

From day to evening, same base, just styled differently…
kept the tank and belt, switched the bermuda denim shorts for white denim pants, sneakers for heels and the bomber for a blazer

This is what makes travel dressing so much easier, everything works together so you can change the feel of an outfit without needing more!

A mix of little moments, the coastline, family time and ending the day with dinner together ✨

Layered long sleeve over the shoulders
Platform thongs, structured black bag and a satin scarf at the waist

Easy, breathable and comfortable for a full day of walking, but still feels put together for lunch and exploring the city
