📐 Back to projects. Alcune idee hanno bisogno di essere toccate.

A volte un campione serve a togliere un dubbio. Altre volte, a farne nascere uno nuovo.

È davvero questo il colore che immaginavo? Quella finitura può funzionare nel mio progetto? E se provassi uno spessore diverso?

Più di 60 texture, suddivise in 6 categorie colore (bianchi, grigio-verdi, grigio-neri, panna e tortora, arancio-rosso e marrone, azzurro e blu) per trovare il colore giusto oltre i limiti di uno schermo.

📦 Thickness & Finish Samples
5 finiture tra le principali della gamma e 5 spessori (2, 3, 6, 12, 27 mm) in formato 10×10 cm, per capire come, visti dal vivo, possano cambiare la percezione di un progetto.

Ogni campione riporta il riferimento alla scheda tecnica del materiale e alla sua provenienza; perché in Nazena sappiamo bene che conoscere da dove viene un materiale è più che mai parte della scelta.

5 key finishes from the range and 5 thicknesses (2, 3, 6, 12 and 27 mm), all in a 10 × 10 cm format, to see how the material looks and feels in real life — and how it can change the perception of a project.

Each sample includes a reference to the material’s technical data sheet and its origin. Because at Nazena, we believe that knowing where a material comes from is increasingly part of making the right design choice.

"Sì, ma è un materiale che poi si macchia facilmente..."

Mettiamolo alla prova!

Abbiamo messo alla prova il pannello strutturale Nazena applicando due diversi cicli di finitura: vernice opaca all'acqua e vernice opaca acrilica. Sono state testate due configurazioni di verniciatura: due mani di vernice opaca all'acqua; due mani di vernice opaca acrilica.

Entrambe le superfici sono state sottoposte agli stessi test:

🔥 Una tazza di tè bollente
☕ Caffè

Dopo la pulizia?
Nessun alone. Nessuna alterazione della superficie.

We tested the Nazena structural panel using two different finishing systems:
two coats of matte water-based coating; two coats of matte acrylic coating.

Both surfaces were subjected to the same tests:

🔥 A hot cup of tea
☕ Coffee

The result after cleaning?
No stains. No surface alterations.

🛠️ Material Under Stress | Ep. 01

“Non durerà.”

È una frase che può ve**re spontanea quando si scopre che un materiale nasce dal recupero tessile.

Per questo mettiamo sempre alla prova i nostri materiali.

In questo test abbiamo osservato il comportamento del nostro pannello strutturale Nazena realizzato al 100% da fibre tessili recuperate, sottoponendo il bordo, uno dei punti più critici, a diverse sollecitazioni.

⚙️ Test di resistenza del bordo: Avvitamento diretto.
Avvitamento con preforo.
Avvitamenti ripetuti.
Graffi.
Compressione.

Non per dimostrare che sia indistruttibile, ma perché crediamo che le prestazioni siano parte integrante della sostenibilità.

Un materiale circolare deve essere anche affidabile, resistente e progettato per durare.

“It won’t last.”

It’s a thought that may naturally come to mind when you learn that a material is made from recovered textiles.

That’s why we always put our materials to the test.

In this experiment, we evaluated the performance of our Nazena structural panel, made entirely from recovered textile fibers, by subjecting its edge—one of the most critical areas—to a series of demanding stress tests.

⚙️ Edge resistance testing:
Direct screwing.
Pre-drilled screwing.
Repeated screwing.
Scratch resistance.
Compression.

Not to prove that it’s indestructible, but because we believe performance is an essential part of sustainability.

A circular material must also be reliable, resilient, and built to last.
