I am delighted to share some of the professional photos from our opening day/night. A huge thank you to Marc Le Cornu from Bam Perspectives - Jersey you pulled out all the stops to make our launch event unique and truly special.

Looking at these photos just makes me SMILE - the past few days have been an absolute whirlwind and sharing them with family, friends and my wonderful customers - from Chalet/home shopping/Friendtex days to where we are today just makes it so joyful.

We have been welcomed to Gorey with open arms and already feel so much part of the community. Everyone has been so positive, supportive and friendly - in fact one friend said to me she felt the shop was a place 'Where you walk in a customer and leave a friend". That's going to be our tag line going forward!

I truly feel we have made so many new friends in our first five days and cant wait to see what tomorrow brings.

Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart - it was only May 1st that we got the keys to the shop and it seems incredible what's been achieved already.

I am so very grateful for everyone's support making this happen ... and thank you again Marc Le Cornu for capturing the vibe of the night - you really aced it! xx
