The Sunday Reset Club is one morning a month to move, breathe, write and gently support you to be consistent with your goals.

45 min movement practice which will change each month between yoga, Pilates, qi gong or fitness. Prompted journaling to help you really dial in on what’s important, meditation to shift energy and clear the mind, a hot drink & free gift sample.⚡️
