• We only accept returns for exchanges within 48hrs (2) days of delivery date.

• Item (s) must not be worn, washed or damaged. All items must be returned unwashed, unworn, unaltered.
• We do not accept returns for exchange for products labeled on SALE and intimate items such as (Lingerie’s, Swimsuits/Cover up, Bras, Shape Wears and other under garments.
• The Customer is responsible for the cost of a return/exchange items unless the return for exchange is necessary due to the fault of the company (See “Damaged, Incorrect or incomplete orders”)
