* سياسة الاستبدال والإرجاع
- يسمح بإرجاع الطلب مع مندوب التوصيل ودفع قيمة التوصيل فقط، بشرط أن يسلم الطلب للمندوب بحالته الأصلية.
- بعد الاستلام ودفع قيمة الطلب لا يحق للزبون ارجاع الطلب، ولتفادي ذلك يتعين على الزبون التحقق من الطلب قبل الدفع.
- في حال التبديل يتحمل الزبون تكاليف التوصيل.
- يسمح باستبدال الطلب خلال يومين فقط من تاريخ الاستلام.
- سيتم إلغاء الطلب في حال عدم الرد على مندوب التوصيل.

Exchange and Return Policy
Orders may be returned with the delivery representative while the customer bears the delivery cost only, provided that the order is delivered to the representative in its original condition.
After receiving and paying the value of the order, the customer is not entitled to return the order, and to avoid so, the customer must verify the order before paying.
If the customer wishes to exchange the item, he/ she is then entitled to pay all delivery costs.
Exchange items is only accepted within two days from the date of receipt.
Orders will be cancelled in case of not responding to the delivery representative.

Our products are available for immediate delivery within 24-48 hours, with the possibility of providing a product under the customer's request (retail - wholesale) in case stock runs out through the pre-payment mechanism.
