たて糸とよこ糸が織りなすさをり織りのように、いろどりあるしなやかな会社をみんなでつくりたい。今期はじめ、ZAPPAの組織をこれまでのツリー型（上と下）から格子型（縦と横）に変更しました。
でも上半期をしめくくる今、まだまだ活かせていないのが課題。まずチームをみんなごとにする必要があります。
これまで村長を中心に、一部で決めてきたことを、これからは村民にも参加してほしい。朝のあき時間、チームの名称をみんなで決めることにしました。
3つの事業、小売・飲食・ケアをまたぐ横のチーム。ゴールに向かって導くチーム、伝え広げていくチーム、働きやすい環境をつくるチーム、団結をつよくするチーム、計4つ。
チーム名に組織強化なんてむずかしい言葉はZAPPAらしくありません。各チームをどう呼ぶかをみんなで整理、アイデア出ししていきます。
2025年は小さなしあわせが、少しずつ大きくなっていく実感の年。ゴールはまだまだずっと先ですが、いろんな壁を乗り越えていく、チームがザッパ村に芽吹いています🌱
Like SAORI weaving, where warp and weft come together to create unique patterns, we want to build a colorful and flexible company together.
Earlier this year, we shifted ZAPPA’s organization from a “tree” structure (top and bottom) to a “grid” structure (vertical and horizontal).
Now, as we wrap up the first half of the year, we can see that we’re still not making the most of this new structure.
Our next step is to make each team feel like it truly belongs to everyone.
Until now, most decisions were made by a small group around the village mayor.
From here on, we want every villager to take part.
So during a free slot in the morning, we decided to choose our team names together.
These cross-functional teams span our three businesses—Retail, Food & Beverage, and Care:
a team that leads us toward our goals,
a team that shares our story with the world,
a team that creates a better work environment,
and a team that strengthens our sense of unity.
Four teams in total.
Complicated words like “organizational development” don’t really sound like ZAPPA.
So instead, we’re brainstorming warm, ZAPPA-like names for each team together.
For ZAPPA, 2025 is a year to truly feel our “little happiness” slowly growing bigger.
The final goal is still far ahead, but new teams are beginning to sprout in ZAPPA VILLAGE, helping us overcome each wall we face. 🌱
