Comment: I wear thin straight cuts in the smallest size possible, tight as possible. The color fades dramatically, clearly showing the tripe and hairs.

👖Tough Series SG21XX: Right-Hand Twill High-Density 17oz Selvedge Denim
A type of denim fabric that is made with indigo warp thread and beige weft thread. It is woven on a vintage shuttle loom with a high number of shots per square inch, which gives the fabric a heavy weight and a unique texture. The beige weft thread that is visible on the surface of the denim fabric gives the indigo warp thread a unique look, and the fabric can be enjoyed for its rough aging with a contrast of shades over time. This denim fabric is reminiscent of the workwear of the era when people worked hard to climb the ladder.

This henley-neck T-shirt is made of heavy, original jersey fabric of No. 10 single yarn, knitted on a precious vintage knitting machine before the switch from old-style suspension knitting machines to full-fledged sinker knitting machines.

Not only is the fabric firm, but it also has an exquisite fit that adapts to the body with repeated wear.
Union Special's 4-needle flat seamer machine and 3-needle lock are used to establish a better fit and stylish silhouette to match any style.

The aging of The Strike Gold jeans is born from a fusion of expertise at every stage—meticulously crafted denim fabric, superior sewing techniques, and carefully selected components.

In our previous post, we introduced how The Strike Gold denim is designed for aging. Today, we’ll share some of the signature details refined over years of dedication.

At The Strike Gold, our passion for aging goes beyond the denim fabric itself. The distinct character comes from the “SG Spec”—a collection of precisely chosen details that make our jeans unique and allow them to evolve in their own way.

For example, the iron top button develops rust not only over time but also with every wear, creating an irreplaceable vintage look. Our custom iron rivets are crafted by combined copper-plated ones, which develop a rich patina, with others coated only with clear paint to allow natural rusting. The mid-to-high belt loops create the characteristic vertical fading. The deer leather patch deepens in character with wear. The rayon name tag subtly shrinks and fades with each wash, enhancing the vintage feel.
