Ryoji Okada
Born in Tokyo, Aug 17th , 1971. He'd started playing the piano, the trumpet and the guitar from early age, wanted to become a musician. As for the people of circumference talked about him as “natural born musician”. But unexpectedly, after graduated from Mejigakuin-University, he stepped into worldwide fashion business, not in music world. He learnt fusing modern hybrid Tokyo style an
d traditional English tailoring while he worked with a one of the most famous bespoke tailors at Savile Row. After that, he opened his own store A WORKROOM in Tokyo Oct, 2002. His exciting creation lined by his faith “Love, Passion and the Heart of Rock'n Roll!” has got supported by so many creative people, and his store became developed immediately. Therefore, he set up for ready to wear label “A WORKROOM by Ryoji Okada”, and announced at PITTI IMMAGINE UOMO which is one of the world biggest men's clothing exhibition in Florence, Italy, in June 2010. Afterwards, he closed A WORKROOM and A WORKROOM by Ryoji Okada in March, 2012 to completely become independent, after having got a high evaluation through four times of exhibition at PITTI IMMAGINE UOMO in Europe. Finally, He opened his ideal tailor boutique called LOUD GARDEN on 9th of June, 2013. And, between by now, of course he still plays music. Ryoji's tailor boutique "LOUD GARDEN"
