Little Cloud Coffee’s original shiso syrup is made with a brewed vinegar that is combined with an organically grown shiso and precious multifloral honey collected from seasonal wildflowers. The natural sweetness of the multifloral honey and the clean refreshing taste of shiso vinegar is a perfect blend.
We have prepared two beverage options, a shiso juice and shiso soda. We hope that you will come by to enjoy these seasonal drinks.

Our ice coffee is a popular choice all year around and not just reserved for the hotter times of the year. At little cloud coffee, we do not make more than what is necessary for the day as we prefer to offer a coffee option that retains its bold freshly brewed flavor even when cold. We also recommend the café au lait,which has a little bit of coffee syrup alongside a splash of milk! A vegan banana cake free of eggs and milk, which uses a small amount of cane sugar to enhance the sweetness. The cake is moist and characterized by a gentle taste that makes use of the natural sweetness of the bananas. A great pairing with our coffee, but we also recommend it with our chai.

夏季限定の定番メニュー、little cloud coffeeの自家製「蜂蜜レモン」が新しくなりました。瀬戸内海の島・生口島の農家さんから仕入れた無農薬「瀬戸田レモン」を、様々な花から集めた「百花蜜」にじっくり漬け込んで作ります。さらりとした蜂蜜の優しい甘さに、レモンの香りと酸味がさわやかに広がる1品です。毎年、ご好評を頂いている期間限定のシーズナルメニューをぜひお楽しみください。

We have updated the recipe for our house made “Honey Lemon” which is a classic little cloud coffee beverage that is only part of the menu during the summer season.  We have sourced some naturally grown (pesticide free) “Setoda Lemons” directly from farmers on Ikuchi Island in the Seto Inland Sea and slowly soaked them in a “Hyakka Nectar” collected from a variety of wildflowers. This renewed beverage presents a gentle sweetness that comes from the light, fluid honey and combines it with the tart flavor of the lemons that gives off a pleasantlyrefreshing aroma.  We hope you will come in to enjoy this limited seasonal menu item, which has always been a perennial favorite of our customers.

オリジナルのローストコーヒーを丁寧にドリップして作った〈little cloud coffee〉のボトルコーヒー。
豆は店頭で提供しているモノと同じコロンビア、パプアニューギニアの伝統的なティピカ種を使用しています。それぞれの特徴を活かすようにミドルダークのローストを施した後にブレンディング。酸味は無く、豊かな甘みと程よいコクを持つマイルドな口当たりのテイストです。
リサイクルガラスを使用したボトルは自然な歪みを持ちどこか懐かしい雰囲気。瓶、王冠それぞれのグラフィックは〈visvim〉中村ヒロキの手書きをプリントしたものです。ボトルコーヒーは表参道店、中目黒店、神戸店で販売しています。

“little cloud coffee” has bottled its meticulously brewed drip coffee made from their very own roasted beans. 
It is the same original blend offered at the shop consisting of typica beans from Colombia and Papua New Guinea which have undergone a medium-dark roast that draws out the best characteristics of the beans. The result is a mild coffee that has a rich sweetness and just the right amount of depth, without any sourness.
The bottles are made from recycled glass and the resulting imperfections give them a somewhat nostalgic feel. The cap and bottle feature hand-drawn designs from visvim’s Hiroki Nakamura. The bottled coffee is available at “little cloud coffee” in Omotesando and Naka-Meguro and Kobe.

Little Cloud Coffee’s Colombian single origin bean Decaf Original Roast Coffee. These are special beans that have been decaffeinated without the use of any chemicals. It features a medium dark roast, with a reduced acidity alongside a good balance of aroma and richness that is easy to drink. Although it is caffeine-free, it still retains a strong flavor of coffee that pairs well with milk and presents a gentle taste.

We have prepared a health-conscious donut here at little cloud coffee that is not fried and wheat-free. Ingredients include Organic Rice Flour, Fertilized Eggs from Free Range Chickens raised on healthy feed that includes grains and vegetables, Unsweetened Organic Soy Milk, and the slightest amount of sweetener sourced from 100% sugarcane.　A simple, homemade style treat made only with carefully selected ingredients. This donut presents a gentle flavor with a crispy outer layer reminiscent of a biscuit that has a soft texture on the inside.
