My love for vintage actually started by browsing through , I was a “broke” college student adding cool items to my favorites to admire. Once I had a decent job I would treat myself to one or 2 of my favorites on Etsy. I had memorable interactions with sellers before I even decided to start my own shop. It’s part of the reason I was drawn to the platform. You could negotiate a deal or simply compliment a seller on a find. Keeping commerce human has always been a pillar of Etsy and I’m proud to be apart of their latest campaign! Technology is taking us further away from the reality of how businesses start…small. Etsy is reminding us to “keep commerce human” and remember the people running this s**t!!!
