We As DUFO Fashion Store delivers everywhere around the country starting from CBD which is usually free, out of CBD (town) and around Nairobi county Charges are Ksh 100/150. Out of Nairobi County Delivery charges are as follows, Ksh 200/250 depending with distance. We deliver ourselves around Nairobi & Us

e respective parcel/courier companies that we have partnered with to deliver around the Country. Around Nairobi County payments are done upon delivery, out of Nairobi County you pay first for what you have ordered then we send to you. We offer fastest & convenient means of delivery everywhere around Kenya.
2. About exchanging of goods due to size, maybe what you ordered has turned out big or small. We do exchange before two days from the day you received your parcel, so usually what you do is inform us as soon as you receive your parcel & try it out. We don't exchange from a different type, we exchange from the same thing you ordered. We don't accept goods that have been tampered with, made dirty-any mark of dirty on our product won't be accepted. If you have found out that the shoe/any other clothe is small or big don't use it as that won't be taken back.
