Nitasimama lini kwa hii biashara ya mutumba is one of the commonly question asked by many of us. what did you do to be where you are?

little did they know that i was doing mutumba because that’s the place where people had trusted me to a point that I could get bales without money and pay later. for you to stand you need to create a very strong trust with your supplier.Elegant & Quality mitumba bale's .Not always will you make profits one has to understand that to succeed in business you need favour with your customers and with the suppliers. Favour with the suppliers is earned as you consistently buy from him/her and if your complains are genuine understanding that not always you have to make the same profit margins, just to point out every importer has a way of checking the packing in a bale e.g. if you brought 10 bales of turgal skirt in a container and you sell to two or three customers coming back for more than the seventh customers complains and you are aware of how the departments works in the warehouse you can be able to detect the geniuses of the problem. Recently I had a customer complains of having bought a bale and it had 60 pieces but in the real sense that item normally carriers about 200pcs its very hard to trust such a customer in the first place the bale would have looked too small by the look and even those people who do offloading would have noticed the weight, the shape of the bale is also something to notice. After a long discussion I noticed that this customer had been selling house hold so it was not easy for her to sell the t-shirt, through the previous teachings I had talk of mastering with one item for that will easily give you consistence customers and always get a habit of counting the number of peace’s in a bale for easier pricing
Let everyone note that customer who are full of complains which are not genuine cannot be favoured. I can clearly say this that many are the times I would get favours because of my understanding e.g. sometimes you can get a mislabelled bale i.e. men jeans pants labelled ladies jeans pant. But since most of the people do know that men jeans pants are expensive they would want to buy the bale at the price of lady’s jeans pant simply because it’s not labelled correctly well nothing is equal geniuses and trustworthiness in business do not make another person to enter into losses, having in mind that you need to the supplier as much as s/he needs you. most of the people believe that importers only make profits while they make heavy loses a times and there is no one to compensate them.
One may tell me that suppliers are many. Which is true but to get the supplier who do keep a Constance quality for one year or so is hard to get. I Remember there is a time I was opening bales from a certain supplier and some of my customers would call and tell me unifungulie bale Fulani.therefore if you want your business to stand the following is must.
1.have a good relationship with your supplier
2.learn to raise genuine complain
3.do not be bothered by the profit your supplier is making so long as you’re making profit forget about the rest.
*4*.give your customers a consistence supply of the same bales so that they can know what to expect. And that will help them to organise for the finances
Lastly remember its God who give us power to make wealthy and the required wisdom, without God you cannot make it

Knowing that what you do to others is what comes back to you. And that’s what I may call the formulae of success.
