Key Responsibilities
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all company assets and materials; ensure optimal stock levels.
• Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to efficiently source and replenish materials.
• Asset Tracking: Implement and maintain systems to track asset usage, schedule maintenance, and manage asset lifecycle.
• Cost Control: Monitor material usage and procurement expenses to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in asset and material management.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on inventory status, asset utilization, and procurement effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in asset and materials management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Background in procurement and cost management.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
