Mid construction.
When you decide to start a business, no one tells you just how much time, effort and money it'll take to get the space just like you envision it. In this picture you see a karai that I used as a paint tray to get the space painted.
Not including the fundi going MIA from time to time, delaying the whole process.
When customer service improves in Kenya it'll be a major step in right direction.
When you see a customer as a long-term relationship instead of just quick money for now it builds trust and rapport. When you treat your customers well, they'll be the same customers that'll refer others to you for more opportunities.
