Smelling nice for a guy is very essential. It is the best way to complete any look and add some character to your outfit. It boosts your confidence, increases your level of attractiveness, boosts your trust level and if you are single doubles your chances of getting a woman's number. A lot comes to mind especially when colognes are involved. Choosing fragrance that suits your personality can be a tricky affair especially for a beginner with the market saturated with products from different designers and it doesn't help that the Paco Rabannes and Tom ford's of this day come with a huge price tag.The easiest way to choosing a cologne is first identifying what relates to you. Some scents exude sophistication, some playfulness while others are sexy, getting it wrong can make you smell cheap so be careful and choose wisely. Second is knowing your budget. You can either buy the designer colognes(Givenchy, Gucci, Versace...), version ( French collection, Sansiro... ) or choose from the wide variety of other colognes available in stores as long as you are comfortable (Adam Smith and Shirley May come to mind). Thirdly don't over do it. Remember when it comes to colognes less is more so don't use the whole bottle in one outing. Lastly unlike popular belief colognes should be applied to the skin and not the clothes so the collarbone, chest, wrists and if you are that guy the groin will do. Whatever your preference,remember to be comfortable, confident and stay fresh.
