You asked. We heard you. So now we've finally put the classes together.

We have crafted our skill packed, engaging Fashion & Sewing classes.

Age group 12 to 16 years.

The classes will be run online so you don't have to budge. Just ensure reliable internet access.

The classes are project based courses and each course runs for a period of one month. Every month has a different project.

We award certificates at the end of every course to build on school credentials and portfolio for university and college applications. We then tail off the term with an exhilarating photoshoot, mini runway to give the budding fashionistas an opportunity to showcase their creative work.

Kshs 4,000 per course.

November 2019. My student Yulia Zabiyaka who is by profession an IT engineer, working on her first project as a fashion student. She’s thought up something I wouldn’t dare give as a first project, but Yuliya is no ordinary girl. She likes flare and flamboyance and it reflects on everything that she does. So here she is working on an edgy cape that morphed as she went along. She’s free enough not to be held hostage by her first idea but allowed it to take shape over the weeks that she poured herself over it. Awesome work Yulia Zabiyaka!

One of my current students is constructing a straight skirt. She has made the pattern, cut it and sewed it. Here she is having her first fitting and is very pleased with her progress.
Her name is Lina and is a former KTN TV presenter and the founder of www.linaconnect.com. She just launched an wardrobe makeover "Dress Well Everyday" offered as an online workshop.

My lovely and graceful 12 year old student is proudly modeling one of her pieces. It is a double sided, hooded, sleeveless coat.
She designed & sketched, shopped for fabric & buttons, made a pattern, cut and finally sewed this striking garment.
Kudos to her! I'm very proud of her. She worked diligently on it for a week and a half.

Our youngest student is a lovely, very capable 5 year old. The project she embarked on was making a dress for her beloved teddy 'Pookie'. She went through the process of thinking through the design and selecting the fabric. And as you can see, she sewed, ironed, did a fitting, selected buttons and then finished off with sewing them on.
She was VERY proud of herself.
