Design: 7ELEVEN / KOREA SEVEN Co.Ltd

This project was developed to build a new visual identity unique to Korea, building on the foundation of a global identity. Based on the motif of the number 7, various patterns were derived and a youthful color palette was used.

Unveiling this extraordinary POSTER!

Introducing the poster for the Global Design iT Award 2026,
designed by the renowned Korean visual designer "Chae Byung Rok".

Based on the Oloid curve structure, which possesses a unique movement of
rolling ceaselessly with every surface touching the world, the ‘i’ and ‘T’ of
the Global Design 'iT' Award were reinterpreted as visual characters,
and the entire layout was constructed around them.

The design unfolds by focusing on the points of contact and flow created by
the intersection of the two Oloid circles. It visually reflects a structure where
elements from different directions meet to form a new flow.
It symbolizes the way the individuality and perspectives of diverse applicants
connect at a single point to create new possibilities.

Registration begins on June 15.

Project: Walmae Makgeolli (SEOUL JANGSOO)
Design: IONOI Design Studio

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Seoul Jangsu’s signature sterilized makgeolli, Walmae, we carried out a renewal design.
While preserving the core identity of the original design, we added a golden tone to the Chinese characters for “Walmae” to convey a striking sense of luxury, and complemented it with softly scattered plum blossom illustrations to balance the overall weightiness.
This design captures both traditional and modern sensibilities, commemorating 30 years of Walmae.

Project: Seonjam
Design: NONESPACE

The Seonjamdan Altar in Seongbuk-dong was the site of the Seonjam Ritual, a state ceremony of the Joseon Dynasty.
Dedicated to Seoreung, the deity who first imparted the art of sericulture, it served as a historic place where prayers for prosperity and the well-being of the people were offered.

The space is articulated through details such as a handle wrapped in silk thread, a gate inspired by the hongsalmun, furniture and lighting modeled after cocoons and looms, and beverages crafted from mulberry leaves.

Through these elements, visitors can rediscover the nearly forgotten culture of sericulture with all five senses, gaining a synesthetic understanding of traditional values and narratives unique to Korea.

Design: Hyun Ho Cho, Geun Ho Han

Modern workers spend long hours at desks using PCs, often suffering from musculoskeletal disorders such as carpal tunnel syndrome, rounded shoulders, and forward head posture due to poor posture from standard keyboards. Repetitive motions between keyboard and mouse also cause accumulated fatigue and reduced productivity. KIUS integrates keyboard and mouse functions into an ergonomic design, minimizing physical strain through a split layout and built-in mouse control within finger reach. Combining the form factors of a keyboard and mouse, KIUS provides sustainable solutions that enable workers to work healthier and longer in the digital age.

The exhibition space is designed to reflect his artistic journey, from its inception and growth to his eventual death. Through a narrative spatial arrangement, it fosters interaction between Buffet’s works and the audience, offering a deep connection to the artist’s life and legacy.
