我地會盡力update我地嘅貨量但如果真係遲左小小，希望大家唔好介意~

訂貨方式：

1/ 大家先like左我地，咁我地就可以以 facebook message 溝通啦！Please kindly like our page first.

2/ 請大家將鐘意嘅款色編號，size, 同埋應付全數inbox 畀我地。

Inbox us the code, size and total amount.

3/ 我地會inbox 番畀大家確認留貨。

We will hold stock for you and will confirm by inbox message.

4/ 我地會幫大家hold貨48小時等大家有足夠時間以bank-in / paypal 方式付款。

The merchandise will be held for 48 hours for banking in / paypal payment.

5/ 大家付款之後請send番入數銀碼及入數收據no. 畀我地/ 告知已用paypal 付款。Facebook inbox / email 都可以架 ~

Please send us back the bank-in slip through facebook inbox / email.

6/ 我地會回復大家送貨時間同大概幾時到。

We will further confirm the delivery time and arrival :)

7/ 我地會連埋invoice一齊send埋畀大家， 咁就買得開心又放心啦！

The invoice will be delivered together with the merchandise.


付款條件(Payment Methods)：

Paypal

我地的paypal account email 是 [email protected] , 讓大家買貨又有多一重保障。

The paypal account email is as above for payments.


收貨方式 (Delivery methods)：

1/ 速遞公司我地會選用 "順豐"。We use Shen feng delivery as courier.

請留意速遞公司收取運費是按重量計算 : 1kg or below $22 / 1.5~3kg $28 / 3.5~5kg $34 / 5kg or above $3 per additional 0.5kg， 非工業區順豐會收額外$18運費。

我地而家做緊速遞運費優惠，凡購買$1000 或以上可以免收運費！希望大家買多啲~慳多啲~! Delivery cost can be waived with purchase of $1000 or above :)


2/ 面收

如果大家願意等嘅話，我地逢星期六下午都會係地鐵站面收。到時候麻煩大家帶埋正式入數收據以便確認啊~

Face to face delivery is also available in MTR Station every Saturday Afternoon. Please bring your bank-in slip for confirmation at the site.


購物溫馨提示︰

因為我地每一件貨品都會check過先交到客人手上，所以盡量避免劣品如污跡、破損、裝飾／鈕扣脫落等。

以下係我地唔接受退款/退貨嘅原因：

These are reasons we do not accept refund / return:


色差問題 -- Color problems

我地係唔會執走瑕疵/執靚啲顏色，而且每個電腦monitor都會有少少偏差，所以唔可以作為退貨/退款理由。We do not photoshop our merchandises and with a slight difference for each monitor, we do not accept slight color differences as reasons for return / refund.


唔啱身 -- Unfit merchandise.

雖然我地會係產品嘅post度貼上size dimension, 但係可能始終會有輕微誤差， 2 至 4cm variation屬正常範圍。尤其係有彈性的衣服， 所以尺寸唔可以作為退貨/退款理由。

We post the dimensions of each garment as accurately as possible. However especially for stretchy materials, it is normal to have a 2-4 cm difference. So we do not accept slight dimensional difference as reasons for return / refund.


主觀問題 -- Objective reasons

唔中意、質地唔好、剪裁唔好、着上唔好睇、與想像中唔同， 冇圖片中咁靚，衣服質地唔係我想要嘅、 與主觀想像有差距等嘅主觀原因不屬於本店認可嘅質量問題。

As our pictures are as close to the real product as possible and we try to list out the materials (or similar ones), we do not accept "dislike, not what I thought it was, or the material isn't what I thought" as reasons of return / refund.


洗過或著過嘅貨品恕不退換/退款。

Returns or refunds for washed / worn clothes will not be entertained.


產品縮水 -- Slight Shrinking.

由於產品有時候洗過可能會有輕微縮水嘅情況出現，而屬正常，不屬於本店認可嘅質量問題。

Slight shrinking is normal for most products, so we do not regard slight shrinking as reasons for return / refund.


我地送貨之前都會檢查每一件貨品，但係有時候都會睇漏 眼 ，如果衣服略有浮灰、粗紗、線頭、小劃痕、小污垢等不影響穿著的微瑕，未修剪完善，實屬正常，還望見諒！

As we check our products before delivery and try to keep our products to the highest quality, please kindly accept small flaws that do not affect the appearance greatly as there might be some that we cannot control.


如果大家真係對我地嘅產品有咩唔滿意嘅地方，麻煩大家記住keep 住張official receipt 同埋唔好拆 more 嘅tag, 可以先打電話/ whatsapp 畀我地，最好send埋有問題嘅產品相。我地倆日內會回覆大家。


如果係本店認可嘅質量問題，我地會負責退貨同換貨嘅運費 ^^

Should it be a defected product, we will be responsible for all delivery cost involved.
