Carissima Lebanon Shoes And Bags - Beirut, Lebanon Carissima Fashion s.a.l. is a Lebanese retail company that sells imported women shoes and bags.

Carissima first started in Kaslik in 1990 by selling only Italian bags and then expanded to include shoes. The success of the store prompted the expansion in other major shopping areas such as Ashrafieh and Verdun. In 2008, a flagship store for its major Italian bags supplier, Coccinelle, was opened in Beirut Central District. Carissima has been the exclusive distributor of this brand for more than 20 years. Recent branch additions include ABC Ashrafieh Mall and ABC Dbayeh Mall.
