One&Only has always been defined by escape.

At One&Only One Za'abeel, that philosophy is reimagined for the city. Rising above one of Dubai's busiest intersections, the brand's first vertical resort transforms the energy of the metropolis into a sanctuary of calm, where architecture, light, and materiality shape an entirely new expression of urban luxury.

For BAAL, the objective was to design the objects guests return to throughout their stay. The bespoke guestroom collection was developed in warm leather, timber, and brushed brass, extending the interior palette through materials and textures inspired by the country's desert landscapes, brought to life under the hotel's softly layered lighting.

Quietly present and meticulously crafted, the collection becomes part of the room's atmosphere, bringing warmth, familiarity, and a sense of ease to every guest interaction.
