JOB DESCRIPTION -

• Setting of accurate cost SMV and thread consumptions for the relevant clients.
• Making production operation bulleting based on standard minute value.
• Setting of proper pre engineering process and method improvements and finding innovation and invention for the bulk production to reduce the cost of manufacturing and continuous efficiency Drive.
• Liaise with the Sample Room department during the sample development process, confirm customer pricing targets, identify new technology requirements, re-engineer of all knit casual product range and woven school wear products which suits the production in order to facilitate the manufacturing process.
• Co-ordinate the pre-production process, the pilot-production run for new styles and provide advice / guidance in terms of technical and work methods in order to ensure a smooth flow of production in the bulk run.

• Preparing and maintaining all accurate thread consumptions based on thread matrix for all clients.

QUALIFICATIONS -

Degree or a Diploma in Textile and Apparel or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE -

2-3 years’ experience in the relevant field.

JOB DESCRIPTION -

• Identification of vacancies of all worker and staff categories based on the manpower plan, sourcing and arranging interviews of employees within the company’s current recruitment policy, arrange to procure all publicity material including leaflets, posters, cutouts, banners etc.
• Monitor absenteeism and labor turnover to analyze the causes and provide recommendations.
• Manage training initiative in the factory for all categories of employment based on training need analysis.
• Ensure an effective grievance handling procedure in place in order to maintain a humorous Industrial relation within the organization by addressing worker level issues.
• Administer and manage employee welfare fund of the factory and providing / getting required documents/approval to proceed welfare society benefits.
• Study of HR - KPIs on daily, weekly, monthly basis and act proactively to manage consistency of sound management practices and applications.
• Define and document the current HR process, identify non value added activities and work with the HR team to make improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS -

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE -

• 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources Management in an apparel Industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, facilitate projects and business processes and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

JOB DESCRIPTION -

• Monitor and control fabric inspection processes such as the following in order to facilitate smooth functioning of inspection operations: Visual Inspection, Color Classifications, Customer related requirements.
• Plan internal operations, set targets and instruct the functional staff in order to carry out the inspection processes whilst, effectively following up on same to facilitate smooth operations thereby, prioritizing operations as and when the need arises.
• Identify and address issues related to all aspects of inspection activities such as quality, technical, subordinate issues and employ effective solutions in order to ensure smooth functioning of the inspection processes thereby, meeting plant requirements.
• Gather management decisions, continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance whilst, coordinating with Merchandising/ Sourcing, Production, Sample room, Finance and recommend suppliers for improvements or terminate suppliers in order to ensure continuous improvement of supplier service levels.
• Make decisions with regards to inspection activities whilst, assisting in problem solving in order to facilitate smooth operations.
• Identify necessary requirements for method/ technical enhancements within the department and recommend to the Management and obtain such needs in order to maximize effectiveness of the department thereby, minimizing fabric defects, rejects, cost, delays etc. to facilitate timely operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to customer compliances, health and safety procedures and 6S systems in order to maintain a minimum risk environment and effective housekeeping as per MOS standards.
• Liaise with the customer/ supplier and the relevant team members on technical issues pertaining to fabric/ trims in order to take corrective action.
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS -

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Textile and Clothing or Textile Technology or an equivalent qualification.

EXPERIENCE -

• Minimum 3-4 years Fabric Development/Manufacturing experience or Textile testing & Color management experience.
• Strong knowledge of both knitted and woven fabric development and sourcing.
