​About the Role
​We are looking for a friendly, trustworthy, and energetic Shop Assistant who can deliver great customer service and hand-draw/trace patterns on fabric during quiet shift hours.
​Key Responsibilities
• ​Customer Service: Greet visitors, recommend products, and sell enthusiastically to local and foreign customers in fluent English.
• ​Art & Tracing: Hand-draw and trace given patterns on fabric while working on shift.
• ​Store & Cash Operations: Handle cash and card payments accurately, maintain stock and daily accounts, keep inventory tidy, and open/close the shop safely.
​What We Are Looking For
• ​Artistic Hand: Ability to sketch or trace designs neatly onto fabric.
• ​Communication: Excellent spoken English; friendly, persuasive, and great with people.
• ​Trustworthy & Punctual: Honest with cash and reliable with working hours.
• Age: Around 20 - 35 years of age
Requirements
• ​Education: Passed G.C.E. O/Ls (A/L in Art is a major plus).
• ​Experience: 1–2 years in retail, sales, or customer service (boutique or tourism experience preferred).
• ​Vocational Training (Bonus): Certificate or NVQ/Diploma in Art, Textiles, or Batik.
*Availability: Able to work Full-time, Tuesday through Sunday.*
