Greenstat Hydrogen Sri Lanka (GHSL) is proud to announce a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Norwegian company Gexcon the world leading software company in dispersion, fire and safety.

We're thrilled to partner with esteemed institutions and Gexcon, a leading company in safety and risk management, to establish a Centre of Excellence - Hydrogen (COE-H) in Sri Lanka. This collaboration marks a significant step towards fostering a sustainable energy future and promoting innovation in renewable energy technologies.

The COE-H will focus on developing higher education and research in process safety, risk management, and renewable energy. It will offer cutting-edge training, research collaborations, and consultancy services to support the transition to a greener, safer, and more sustainable energy ecosystem.

As the Industry Partner, Greenstat is committed to providing resources, expertise, and financial support for the COE-H's operations and initiatives. Together with our academic and industry partners, we aim to create a world-class hub for advancing knowledge, innovation, and solutions in hydrogen and renewable energy technologies.

It was a pleasure meeting Sri Lanka Hon. Foreign Minister Ali Sabry today at his residence. Our discussion centered around strengthening the bilateral relationships between Sri Lanka and Norway, and I am grateful for the opportunity to exchange views on this important matter. During our meeting, I had the opportunity to provide a brief overview of the consular work being undertaken in Bergen, Norway, with the aim of strengthening trade, investment, and cultural ties between our two nations.
Through our efforts in Bergen, we aim to foster closer economic, cultural, and diplomatic relations between Sri Lanka and Norway. We are committed to furthering these initiatives and contributing to the continued growth and prosperity of our bilateral ties.
