As an Implementing Partner, Payless is successfully concluding Phase 2 of the ECOWAS Commission in Liberia’s “Closing the Gap in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Promoting Healthy Menstrual Hygiene Practices” project across Montserrado, Margibi, Grand Bassa, and Bomi Counties.
Since February 2025, Payless has proudly served as ECOWAS' trusted implementing partner—delivering training, deepening community engagement, and expanding awareness and access to essential reproductive health and menstrual hygiene products and services.
In this second and final phase, Payless will reach over 800 adolescent girls and women in these counties through targeted school-based education and grassroots outreach. The project continues to improve access to menstrual hygiene products, equip young people with accurate reproductive health information, and reduce stigma surrounding menstruation in underserved communities.
Looking ahead, Payless remains committed to working alongside ECOWAS to sustain and expand these gains, ensuring lasting impact through local engagements and inclusive health programming.
