Test before invest: SIA "Trempel" praktiski izvērtē dizaina personalizācijas rīka potenciālu e-komercijā

Mūsdienu e-komercijā, it sevišķi dizaina preču, apģērbu un personalizētu dāvanu nišā, interaktīva pircēju pieredze kļūst arvien pieprasītāka. Tomēr pirms jaunu sistēmu pastāvīgas ieviešanas uzņēmumiem ir svarīgi aprēķināt to ietekmi uz reālajiem biznesa procesiem. "Test-before-invest" pieeja nodrošina drošu platformu tieši šādai sākotnējai izpētei un tehnoloģiju testēšanai tirgus apstākļos.

SIA "Trempel" īstenoja produktu dizaina personalizācijas un konfigurēšanas platformas izmēģinājumu trīs mēnešu garumā. Projekta uzdevums bija pārbaudīt, kā lietotājam draudzīgs interfeiss, kas ļauj pircējiem pašiem izvietot tekstus vai veidot gravējumus, darbotos praksē un vai tas spētu transformēt standarta iepirkšanās pieredzi.
Pakalpojumu nodrošināja Eiropas Digitālās inovācijas centrs, savukārt projekta īstenošana tika finansēta no Eiropas
Savienības Atveseļošanas fonda.

Projekts: "EDIC: atbalsts digitalizācijai un mākslīgā intelekta attīstībai Latvijā" (Nr.2.2.1.1.i.0/1/23/I/CFLA/001).
