At the end of last year I went way out of my comfort zone all the way to Morocco to learn to DJ with a bunch of excellent women that I’d not met yet - and it was brilliant! 🤩 🎶🪩
As a music lover and dance floor participator I’ve always wanted to learn to DJ and understand what was going on behind the decks so this was a dream trip and opportunity and something I feel like I manifested!! 🤩🤩🤩
The music, the sunshine, the laughter, the food, the dancing, the conversations, the new friendships and the joy of learning something completely new - was the most amazing feeling. It was chilled but exciting and the time to learn felt like such a luxury. I’d go again in a disco beat. 💿💃🕺🪩
I now have some decks, some skills and am collecting music and slowly (when I can find the time) I’m getting lost in music from behind the decks. 🎶
Some trips fill your camera roll. Others fill your soul, mind, brain and heart and this was one of those. ✨🎶
