Γ Haπ Day!
Happy ! π
What would happen if bees suddenly disappeared? Your grocery bill would certainly rise!
Around 80% of crop and wild flowering plant species rely on animal pollination.
This means our food security would be at risk, and many plant species would decline and eventually disappear.
And the crisis is already here: 1 in 3 bee, butterfly and hoverfly species is in decline.
Here's how you can help:
π Replace lawns with wildflowers meadows
π Plant native, pollen-rich flowers like lavender and sunflowers
π Choose organic gardening and natural pest control
π Leave shallow water out for bees with stones for landing spots
Save these little workers that keep the planet blooming! πΈ
