ဌာနအကြီးအကဲများ သို့မဟုတ် Process Owner များသည် Audit ကို "Quality ဌာန၏ အလုပ်" ဟုသာ သဘောထားပြီး တက်ကြွစွာ ပါဝင်မှု အားနည်းနေတတ်ပါသည်။
* **အကျိုးဆက်:** Audit သည် အပေါ်ယံ ဟန်ပြဖြစ်သွားပြီး လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အတွင်းရှိ အစစ်အမှန် ပြဿနာများကို ဖော်ထုတ်နိုင်စွမ်း မရှိတော့ခြင်း။

Auditee များသည် Non-Conformity (NC) ထွက်လာပါက အပြစ်ပေးခံရမည် သို့မဟုတ် ညံ့ဖျင်းသည်ဟု အထင်ခံရမည်ကို ကြောက်လန့်နေကြပါသည်။
* **အကျိုးဆက်:** အမှန်တရားကို ဖုံးကွယ်ခြင်း၊ စာရွက်စာတမ်း အတုအယောင်များ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းနှင့် Auditor အပေါ် ခုခံကာကွယ်လိုစိတ် (Defensive attitude) များ ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေခြင်း။

# # # ၄။ "Room for Improvement" ကို အခွင့်အလမ်းဟု မမြင်ခြင်း
Audit finding များကို အမှားရှာခံရသည်ဟုသာ မြင်ပြီး မိမိတို့လုပ်ငန်း ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်လာစေရန် (Opportunity for Improvement) အခွင့်အလမ်းတစ်ခုအဖြစ် နားလည်မှု အားနည်းနေပါသည်။
* **အကျိုးဆက်:** စနစ်သည် ရှေ့မတိုးဘဲ လက်ရှိအခြေအနေတွင်သာ ရပ်တန့်နေခြင်း (Stagnation)။
* **အကြံပြုချက်:** Audit finding တစ်ခုချင်းစီသည် လုပ်ငန်းခွင် ဘေးကင်းရေး၊ ကုန်ကျစရိတ် သက်သာစေရေးနှင့် အရည်အသွေး တိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် "ရတနာသိုက်" များဖြစ်ကြောင်း လက်ခံယုံကြည်လာအောင် ပြောင်းလဲရပါမည်။

😊 ISO Certification လုပ်ချင်တဲ့ Company တိုင်းမှာ Scope ဆိုတာ မဖစ်မနေ သတ်မှတ်ပြီး Document ထဲမှာ ထည့်သွင်းဖော်ပြရတဲ့ အခြေခံလိုအပ်ချက်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

🔎 Scope ဆိုတာဘာလဲ?

Scope ဆိုတာက အဖွဲ့အစည်း (organization) တစ်ခုရဲ့ ISO management system သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းနယ်ပယ် (activities, processes, products/services, sites, and coverage) ကို သေချာတိကျ하게 သတ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့ အကျဉ်းချုပ် (boundary & applicability) ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

📌 ISO Certification လုပ်တဲ့အခါ Scope မဖစ်မနေ ထည့်သွင်းဖော်ပြရတဲ့ အချက်တွေ
1. Product & Service Coverage
• အဖွဲ့အစည်းက များစွာသော Products/Services ထုတ်လုပ်နေတယ်ဆိုရင် ဘာတွေကို ISO အောက်မှာ စစ်ဆေးမလဲ ဆိုတာ ရှင်းပြဖို့လိုတယ်။
• e.g. “Processing of spices, onion and garlic” / “Provision of freight forwarding services”
2. Process Boundaries
• Company အတွင်းမှာ အဓိက Process (Design, Production, Packaging, Delivery, Sales, After-sales, etc.) ဘယ် Process များကို စောင့်ကြည့်မလဲ ထည့်သွင်းဖော်ပြရမယ်။
3. Location / Site Coverage
• Head Office, Factory, Branches, Warehouses လို အဆောင်အယာများထဲက ဘယ်နေရာတွေကို ထည့်သွင်းမလဲ သတ်မှတ်ဖို့လိုတယ်။
4. Standard Reference
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ISO Standard ကို mention လုပ်ရမယ်။
• ဥပမာ – “ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management System” / “ISO 22000:2018 for Food Safety Management System”
5. Exclusions (if any)
• မပါဝင်သည့် Scope ကိုလည်း ဖော်ပြနိုင်တယ်။ ဥပမာ ISO 9001:2015 မှာ Design & Development မရှိရင် “Design & Development is not applicable” လို့ ရှင်းဖို့လိုတယ်။
