Here is my main tip for managing your time effectively.

Plan ahead. For example plan a whole week meals and grocery shop on Sunday for the week ahead. If I have late meetings or are crazy busy, I would know a week ahead and then I can meal prep for the days I know I don’t have time to cook.

Additionally, you can try below as well.

1. Color code on the calendar for each topic so you can prioritise if things comes up at same time
2. Use alarm functions for things that are important and easy to forget
3. Develop routines for things you do often. This way you know what's your usual schedule like and give time to the things you enjoy.
