GSM ဆိုတာ Grams per Square Meter.
ပေါ့ပါးတဲ့ တီရှပ်များ (၁၆၀ GSM အောက်) တွေက နွေရာသီနှင့် အားကစားအတွက် သင့်လျော်ပြီး၊ အလယ်အလတ်အလေးချိန် (၁၆၀-၂၀၀ GSM) ဟာနေ့စဉ်ဝတ်ဆင်ဖို့အကောင်းဆုံးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အလေးစား တီရှပ်များ (၂၀၀ GSM အထက်) ကတော့ ပိုမိုခိုင်ခံ့ပြီး ဆောင်းရာသီဝတ်ဆင်ဖို့ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ပရီမီယံအဆင့် ရိုက်နှိပ်ခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းများအတွက် သင့်လျော်ပါတယ်။ အထည်ရဲ့အလေးချိန်ဟာ ဝတ်ဆင်ရာတွင် သက်တောင့်သက်သာရှိမှု၊ ကြာရှည်ခံမှု နဲ့ပုံစံမပျက်စေဖို့ ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်မှုတို့အပေါ် တိုက်ရိုက်သက်ရောက်မှုရှိပါတယ်။ နောက်ဆုံးမှာ ဝယ်ယူသူများအနေနဲ့ ရာသီဥတုနှင့် အသုံးပြုမယ့် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ပေါ်မူတည်၍ သင့်တော်သော အထည်အသားကို ရွေးချယ်ဖို့လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
Print လုပ်ဖို့အတွက် ယေဘုယျအားဖြင့် အသင့်တော်ဆုံးဖြစ်တဲ့ 160 GSM မှ 200+ GSM အတွင်းရှိတဲ့ အထည်တွေကို ရွေးချယ်ဖို့ အကြံပြုပါတယ်။

ချည်ထိုးဖို့အတွက်ဆိုရင် 200 GSM နှင့် အထက် (Heavyweight) ရှိတဲ့ အထည်သားကို ရွေးချယ်ခြင်းက အကောင်းဆုံးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါတွေက ပရီမီယံဆန်တဲ့ ခံစားမှုကို ပေးစွမ်းနိုင်တဲ့အပြင် အမှတ်တံဆိပ် (Branding) ပြုလုပ်ရာမှာလည်း ပိုမိုကြည်လင်ပြတ်သားစေပါတယ်။

Gildan: ပုံမှန်အားဖြင့် 150-180 GSM ကို အသုံးပြုပြီး ဈေးနှုန်းသင့်တင့်ကာ ဘက်စုံသုံးနိုင်သော T-shirt များအဖြစ် ထုတ်လုပ်ပါတယ်။
Hanes: 180-200 GSM ကို အသုံးပြုလေ့ရှိပြီး ခိုင်ခံ့သော Classic T-shirt အမျိုးအစားများအပေါ် အဓိကထားပါတယ်။
Bella+Canvas: နူးညံ့ပြီး ပေါ့ပါးသော အထည်သားများအတွက် 120-160 GSM ကို အသုံးပြုပါတယ်။
Uniqlo: နေ့စဉ်ဝတ်ဆင်ရန် မျှတသော အထည်သားအတွက် 160-190 GSM ကို အသုံးပြုလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။
