အသိပေးခြင်း ။ ။ ယခုတင်ပြထားခြင်းများသည် ဝင်ငွေပိုင်းအရ fast fashion များကိုသာ ဝယ်ယူနိုင်သူများကိုမရည်ရွယ်ပါ။
Sustainable clothing လို့ပြောလိုက်ရင် fast fashion ကိုဘဲသတိပြန်ရလာတယ်။
နောက်ပိုင်း နှစ်တွေမှာ fast fashion အဝတ်အစားများသည် sustainability အတွက် အတားအဆီးတစ်ခုဖြစ်ရုံသာမက သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ညစ်ညမ်းစေမှုအတွက်လဲ အကြီးမားဆုံး ကဏ္ဌတစ်ရပ်မှပါဝင်နေပါတယ်။ ပိုလျှံနေသော အဝတ်အထည်တွေကနေတစ်ဆင့် 10% of Carbon dioxide ထုတ်လွှတ်ခြင်းကြောင့် လေထုနဲ့ရေထု ညစ်ညမ်းစေခြင်းများ ပို၍ဖြစ်ပွားနေပါတယ်။
စက်ရုံများမှာလဲ mass production ထုတ်လုပ်တဲ့အချိန်မှာ ချုပ်ရိုး ၁ ပေါက် မှားတာ၊ cutting ၁ စင်တီလောက်မှားတာနဲ့ error လို့သက်မှတ်ပြီး မရောင်းဖြစ်တဲ့ အဝတ်အထည်များလို့သတ်မှတ်ပါတယ်။
Fast fashion brand တွေက အဝတ်အစားများကို အသက်သာဆုံးဈေးနှုန်းများနဲ့ ထုတ်လုပ်ရောင်းချတာဖြစ်လို့ branded products တွေအတွက်ငွေကြေးမတတ်နိုင်တဲ့ လူအများအတွက်မက်မောစရာဖြစ်နေပါတယ်။
ဒါကြောင့်လဲ fast fashion အဝတ်စားများထုတ်လုပ်မှုသည် quality နည်း quantity များ တွေဘဲဖြစ်နေပါတယ်။ Spring/Summer Fall/Winter season collection ၂ မျိုးဘဲမဟုတ်ဘဲ ၁ ပတ် ကို အနည်းဆုံး collection ၁ ခု ထုတ်နှုန်း နဲ့ထုတ်နေသောအဖြစ်အပျက်ကြောင့် အဝတ်အထည်များပိုလျှံပြီး ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် ညစ်ညမ်းမှု ပိုပိုဖြစ်လာပါတယ်။
အခုဆိုရင်တော့ fast fashion အနေနဲ့ ပျောက်ကွယ်ဖို့မဖြစ်နိုင်တော့ပေမယ့် မိမိတို့အနေနဲ့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိခိုက်မှုအနည်းဆုံးဖြစ်စေမယ့်အလေ့အကျင့်လေးတွေစတင်လေ့ကျင့်သင့်ပါပြီ။
Sustainable fashion ကိုဘယ်လို support ပိုလုပ်မလဲဆိုတာကို ပုံလေးတွေမှာဖတ်ပေးပါနော်။

When it comes to sustainability in clothing, fast fashion has become the biggest obstacle to overcome and a prime factor of pollution in recent years—it contributes to 10% of carbon dioxide emissions, and land and water pollution. Fast fashion brands also make pieces similar to those on the runway, making it more desirable to someone who might not be able to afford such expensive items. This creates trends, and the overproduction and overconsumption of brands producing an average of 52 “micro-seasons” a year, or one new “collection” per week, only become waste in landfills in the end. Fabric waste from factories also ends up in landfills.
Fast fashion right now is at the point of no return and it’s time to start practicing sustainability. Please read through the slides we put together for more info on sustainable fashion.
