*Be able to handle work independently, have a sense of responsibility, be good at creativity ,be good at teamwork
*Communicate/understand customer needs, make complete design drawings, and follow up on the progress
*Proficiency in operating software: AUTOCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop
*B-Arch or diploma in interior design
*Presentation & Project management skills
*Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
*3-5years experience in decorating interior spaces or in related fields
(consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)

Interior Decoration Engineer/Supervisor (1 post)
1. Supervise works to ensure quality requirements and the work is executed as per approved design and specification
2. Check detailed drawings, material usage computations, and quantities for accuracy and conformity to standards, specifications laid down for each assigned project
3. Maintain sets of approved drawings, sketch for as-build drawings, conduct performance test and maintain reports to submit to HQ project personnel, sketch for variation orders to get approval from client and keep track of variation orders if necessary.
4. Organizing the works on site, allocate manpower and other resources, manage and control subcontractors in order to achieve the project in schedule, and meet quality objectives of the project. Site Engineer is responsible not only in delivering projects but also providing customer satisfaction and maintain customer satisfaction during and post-delivery of the project.

- Strong Communication and Reporting Skills
