CNAS! Can I be honest for a second?
Everybody with a title deserves respect...
But everybody with a title doesn't deserve the title.
I've met CNAs who should've been nurses years ago.
I've met nurses that patients prayed wouldn't come back into their room.
And I've met housekeepers, dietary aides, transportation staff, and caregivers who treated people with more compassion than somebody making three times their paycheck.
Know how many times I've heard...
"You should be the nurse."
Not because of the title...
Because they felt seen.
That's exactly how S.H.E.E.O was created.
Your title tells people what you do.
Your character tells people who you are.
