VACANCY
Role: Production Assistant (Part-Time / Full-Time — flexible hours)
Company: Unique Promotions | Location: Malta (office + on-site)
Remuneration: According to experience
About us
For 30 years, Unique Promotions has produced high-calibre events, television productions and advertising. We’re the production company behind Malta Fashion Week, Malta Fashion Awards, the award-winning TV programme Venere, and Nettuno.
Key responsibilities
Run day-to-day office requirements and production admin
Prepare running orders, call sheets and schedules
Coordinate team members, suppliers and talent
Set up and minute meetings; track actions and deadlines
Support on-site event days and studio recordings as needed
Requirements
Maltese language is a MUST (written & spoken); strong English preferred
Experience in events/TV/production (an asset, not a must)
Excellent organisation, time-management and communication
Comfortable with Google/Microsoft Office tools
Proactive, calm under pressure, team player
Availability for flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends
