If you’re passionate about vintage fashion, styling, and sustainability, and love bringing that passion to life with customers — this could be for you.

About You:
• You have bags of energy and natural confidence — not shy, but warm, engaging, and full of personality.
• You’re genuinely passionate about vintage and sustainable fashion.
• You’re organised, reliable, and proactive — someone who takes initiative.
• You’re flexible to work any days out of 7, including weekends.You have previous sales experience in a busy environment You’re hard working and able to self motivate

The Role:
This isn’t a typical “shop assistant” position — in our small business, everyone does a bit of everything.
You’ll be involved in:
• Styling and assisting customers with unique vintage looks
• Steaming, repairing, and preparing garments for the shop floor
• Organising stock and maintaining displays
• Keeping the shop tidy and beautifully presented
• Supporting our social media, website, and Etsy store
• Staying active and engaged — this is a busy, hands-on role!

What the Job Is Not:
If you’re shy, easily bored, or looking for a quiet, sit-down role this won’t be the right fit.
We need someone who thrives on energy, creativity, and conversation; someone who lights up the room and loves connecting with people.

Fluent in English and a second language would be an advantage.

Previous sales experience would be great but really what we’re looking for is a vibrant personality.
