A little message to all my clients,

As many of you know, until recently there were two of us working full-time, and we were both consistently fully booked. Moving forward, I will be managing the salon alone.

I need to be honest about the reality of the situation. One person cannot do the work of two. My available appointments are limited, and unfortunately I cannot accommodate everyone, no matter how much I would like to. If I say I am fully booked, it is simply because I have reached my capacity, and please know it is never personal.
I kindly ask that my time, working hours and availability are respected. Please understand that I may not be able to respond to calls immediately, will do once hands are free.

I take great pride in the service I provide, and I never want to compromise quality by taking on more than I can realistically manage. I would rather be honest than overpromise and let people down.
I kindly ask for your understanding and respect during this transition.

Thankyou for standing by me and supporting my small business. I appreciate every single one of you.

Having said that, we are asking you to kindly keep these in mind:
🎀 Check your activities/children's concert/staff parties or any other events PRIOR to booking your hair appointment. SUPER IMPORTANT: Everyone has their own events to attend to, and it will be difficult (or even impossible) to swap/change appointments 🎄
🎀 Please, always keep your time slot! ⏱️
🎀 On both Christmas eve and NYE, appointments are only for blowdries (no colours) 💇🏼‍♀️
🎀 Salon policy: Cancelling/no shows is a 50% of the total bill, and showing up more than 20min late will have to re-schedule - respect clients coming after you AND also us! ☃️
🎀 It's one of the busiest, so please bear with us. We would like to slot in everyone and do our best, with also your help and being patient with us 🥰
