Build yourself for the future

Be happy always, that the only way you can make things better, be positive as with that no one will say to you negative words, believe in yourself, with that no one will underestimate you or your believe in yourself, dear Afetar be You, with that no one will make you feel less or maybe molested.
Make a new evolution of yourself by doing that no will see you doing the same old things, build a high self -esteem for yourself, with that no one will feel above you.

I was reading a magazine today and I learnt a lot about the dangers of drinking alcohol. It leads to so many health complications and I have made a new resolution for 2023. I have decided to STOP reading such magazines.
