ORDERING:

PAYMENT METHODS:
1. Cash on Delivery is available in Bdr Sg Long.
2. We accept payment by cash deposit, ATM transfer, online transfer with clear attachment of bank slip/ bank transaction statement.
3. For cash deposit, the balance will carry over to your next purchases.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
1. Once the payment has been approved, your order will be posted on the next day.
2. Packages are estimated to arrive within 2-3 working days.
** On rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
1. All goods sold are presumed to be received in good condition and order. Customers are encouraged to check the items upon receiving.
2. All deposits made and goods sold are strictly not refundable (unless found defective within 3 days)
3. Any request for exchange thereafter will only be considered on a case by a case basis.
4. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
** Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
5. Special offer items are not returnable and exchangeable. Once payment has been made, customers are assumed to agree with our terms.
