• The "Single Vent" also known as the American vent is one of the most common and probably the most preferred types of vent. Most of the pre-stitched suits have a single vent as they are the jack of all trades and go well with just almost every body type. However, this kind of suit is more suitable if you have a larger rear end, as these suits will act as a cover over the butt and not expose it too much
• The "Double Vent" or the English vent can fit perfectly to any kind of body type. It is the obvious choice if you wish to stand out, look tall and elegant as the two slits give an illusion of height. The double bent style is a little more time consuming to construct due to the extra detail and craftsmanship is popular towards bespoke or made to measure tailoring and hardly available off-the-rack.
• The "No Vent" made popular by the Italian craftsmanship and by far a great choice for extremely fashion-conscious men who can sacrifice comfort for style. This usually comes from a jacket that's well-fitted, one that is made to fit a lean or more petite physique reason being is it will wrap tighter around the torso and it can give you a slimmer silhouette.
