Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) Lenses, are special contact lenses to wear while sleep. They gently reshape your eyes, to help you see clearly without eyeglasses or regular contact lenses during the day.

Here’s how it works:
1. Wear them at night : Put the lenses on before bed.
2. Reshapes your eye : While you sleep, the lenses flatten the surface of your eye.
3. Clear vision the next day: After taking the lenses off in the morning, you can see clearly for the day without glasses or contact lens.

It’s mainly used for people who are nearsighted (Myopic), and it can also help with mild farsightedness and astigmatism. It’s a safe, non surgical way to correct your vision, but it needs regular use to keep the effect.
