📌 Eligibility and promotion details:
- This campaign is open to all who make a purchase through our webstore during the campaign period.
- The promotion will be effective from 20 July 2024 to 18 August 2024.
📌 Scratch card:
- One scratch card will be given to every order made within the campaign period.
- Each scratch card guarantees a prize or gift voucher, which will be revealed upon scratching.
- Scratch cards can only be redeemed through our webstore.
📌 Gift voucher redemption:
- To redeem, one must insert the voucher code provided on the scratch card during checkout.
- Gift vouchers can only be utilized for future purchases through webstore.
- Gift vouchers are valid till 31st August 2024.
- Multiple gift vouchers cannot be stacked or combined with any other ongoing promotions or discount.
- Gift voucher are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, or other vouchers.
📌 Prize redemption:
- Prizes won through scratch cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
- Prize must be claimed within 14 days from the date of receiving the scratch card.
- To redeem a prize, the winner must present the winning scratch card along with a screenshot of purchase order (with visible order ID), and email to [email protected].
- Shipping fees for prize redemption are not included and must be borne by winner. Self-collection of prizes is available upon arrangement.
- Prizes are subject to availability, and Kiddies Hub reserves the right to change the prize without notice.
