Job Title: Sales Executive / Gown Specialist (FULL TIME)

Location: Tanjung Tokong, Penang.

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and talented individuals to join our team as Sales team for our gown renting business. If you have a passion for fashion, exceptional customer service skills, sales and know how to perform minor sewing and alterations, we'd love to hear from you. Training and guidance will be provided from management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:
- Greet and assist customers with gown selections and fittings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Process rental orders, payments, and returns efficiently.
- Educate customers about our gown collection and services.
- Maintain a neat and organized sales area.

Sewing and Alterations:
- Perform minor sewing and alterations as needed to ensure a perfect fit for customers.
- Handle alterations and repairs with precision and care.
- Maintain sewing equipment and keep the sewing area organized.

Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing inventory by tracking gown availability and sizes.
- Ensure that gowns are well-maintained and clean.

Qualifications:

- Basic sewing skills with the ability to perform minor alterations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- A passion for fashion and a good sense of style.
- Knowledge of gown styles and fabrics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Monday to Sunday. Two (2) off day of choice between Mon-Fri (Weekday). Weekend to be on duty.
