What a very interesting sharing by Coach Ejul today!
The topics were familiar, but the way he delivered them? Totally fresh!
Ini apa yang Lina belajar (and relearned) on Day 1of5:
1. BMC is power. Nak bangkit lepas jatuh? Start with your business model. Know your value, who you serve, and how you make money. Crystal clear.
2. Vision bukan ayat cantik je. It has to be strong, bold, and reflect who you are. Kalau nak global, tak boleh buat sambil-sambil. Period!
3. Misi kena ada 'BIG WHY'. Why am I doing this? Because I want to add value to the community, to teach, to preserve heritage, to empower others through jahitan, batik, dan ilmu.
4. Nilai yang Lina pegang teguh:
βͺοΈFaith β Allah dulu, Allah sentiasa.
βͺοΈDisiplin β Progress tak datang dari angan, tapi dari tindakan.
βͺοΈIntegrity β Buat apa yang betul, walau tak ada orang nampak.
βͺοΈLeadership β I need to be a better leader, bukan hanya cakap kosong.
5. Target 2025:
β«οΈTambah staff
β«οΈSetup premis proper
β«οΈUpgrade skill (nak belajar teknik batik marbling!)
β«οΈLebih sistematik (SOP & rekod kewangan)
β«οΈNaikkan jualan dan pengaruh jenama
