本函旨在正式通知各界贵方，FABBIE BABY MART 所有门店已于2025年1月停止一切订单，并于2025年3月全面停止营业。烦请贵单位停止接受 Adrian Wai Chien Hui 提出的任何订单或安排送货事宜。自即日起，所有订单及相关事宜将仅由 Sheila Low 女士代表本公司与贵单位接洽与处理。
本公司有具体的理由相信 Adrian Wai Chien Hui 目前仍持有数项公司财产，包括公司注册文件（SSM）及公司物品接收印章。我们在此重申，FABBIE BABY MART 不会对 Adrian Wai Chien Hui 所进行的任何行为、声明或交易负责。任何由 Adrian Wai Chien Hui 与供应商、供货商或第三方之间所涉及的金钱往来或债务纠纷，均属其个人行为，与本公司无关。本公司概不承担任何责任，亦不应因此而被追究。本声明之发布，旨在避免任何误解或潜在损失。我们感谢贵单位对此事的关注与配合。

NOTIFICATION OF UNETHICAL CONDUCT BY ADRIAN WAI CHIEN HUI (IC NO. 900424-01-###x)
We would like to notify all stakeholders that all outlets of FABBIE BABY MART have stopped all ordering in January 2025 and cease business in March 2025 . We appreciate your good office to cease any order and delivery placed by Adrian Wai Chien Hui. All orders shall only solely be carry out by Ms Sheila Low to your good office person in charge.
We believe that Adrian Wai Chien Hui is currently in possession of several company properties including SSM and company’s good receiving chop, we would like to once again highlight that we will not be responsible with any actions, statements, and dealings conducted by Adrian Wai Chien Hui. Any monetary transactions or debt-related matters between Adrian Wai Chien Hui and any vendors, suppliers, or individuals are considered his personal dealings.
Fabbie Baby Mart bears no responsibility and shall not be held liable under any circumstances.This statement is issued to avoid any misunderstanding or potential loss. We appreciate the attention and cooperation of all concerned parties.
