Morning shoe lovers🌞 Have you ever had your feet slip out of your shoes while walking or, worse, completely pop out, leaving your shoes behind? Most of us have been there and having your feet sliding out of your shoes every other step can be VERY frustrating😫
So below is the list of our top recommendation to stop shoe slippage. Everyone is different so you may have to try a few of these solutions to see what works for you😉

👣DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE
This technique is very popular and generally works. It’s certainly
worth trying if you have some fashion tape around. It works, but
may take some regular adjusting.

👣THE DREADED HEEL GRIP
Some people say they work… but not many. Heel grips stick to the back of the shoe to pack-in and cushion the heel. The idea is that it tightens the shoe fit and reduces rubbing on the achilles. They do help a bit if your shoes are rubbing at the back.

👣SHOE LINERS, INSOLES AND PADS
The wide range of shoe liners, insoles and pads all work in the same way: like heel grips, they cushion and pack in the foot to reduce movement. Many of the solutions in the picture work really well at improving comfort, reducing pain and sometimes stopping blisters.

👣WEAR SHOE LINERS/INVISIBLE SOCKS
Most of you will own a pair of “invisible” socks, also known pop socks or shoe liners. Obviously you can’t get away with wearing them with all shoe types but when you can, they can help to reduce shoe slipping. They won’t always help but it’s worth checking.

✅DO try them on before you buy. That pretty much eliminates online shoe-shopping, unless you’re quite willing to mail back any shoes that don’t fit comfortably as soon as they arrive. Shoes shouldn’t need a “break-in period.”
✅DO leave a little wiggle room for your toes – about ½ inch. Otherwise, you’re cramping your toes and increasing your risk for bunions and other toe deformities.
✅DO measure your foot regularly. Did you know that it’s common for one foot to be larger than the other? Buy shoes that can accommodate the larger foot. Also, you might not be aware that age, weight, and pregnancy can all affect your shoe size. Check with a qualified shoe salesperson once in a while or ask to use a foot-measuring device yourself at the store.

DON'T🦋
❎DON’T shop first thing in the morning. Feet normally swell as the day goes on, so try on shoes when your feet are likely to be at their largest – toward the end of the day.
❎DON’T be influenced by size alone. If you normally wear a size 9, it’s okay for you to need an 8.5, 9.5, or even a 10 in certain shoes. Sizing can differ from one brand of shoes to another.
❎DON’T buy shoes only because they’re beautiful. Give in to the latest fashion only if the shoes are made of quality materials and they fit well.

1.Choose shoe colors that match your clothes instead of colors that compete with your clothes.
🌸Wear simple black heels or flats when wearing a dress with a bright, bold pattern. If you were to wear a more complex shoe, it would be too overwhelming in the opinion of some. Obviously, you can wear whatever shoes you like provided there is no dress code to obey or health and safety issues to consider.
🌸Consider neutral or 'n**e' heels or flats if you have on a sparkly evening top
2.Add zest to a plain outfit by wearing brighter shoes.

🌸Try a dressy shoe with a funky pattern, like alligator skin, if you have on a simple blouse and neutral trousers or jeans
3.Home in on a color found in your clothing if you’re wearing a multi-colored outfit.
🌸For instance, if you have on a blouse with a geometric pattern including the colors purple and pink, consider a deep purple shoe.
4.Avoid strict color matching.
🌸Do not wear one solid color from head to toe. If you have on a blue blouse and a blue skirt, avoid wearing blue shoes, unless you want to. Remember the fashion police can't actually charge you with anything!
5.Consider different shades.
🌸If you have a light pink blouse on, try wearing a rose-colored flat or heel instead of a shoe in the same shade of pink.
